A heritage grain with a royal past. Our Organic Rajmudi Rice comes from traditional farms where this rare Karnataka variety is grown slowly, naturally, and without chemicals. Once prized by the Wodeyar kings of Mysuru, Rajmudi rice is known for its distinctive reddish-brown bran layer, nutty flavour, and remarkable nourishment.

Unlike polished white rice, Rajmudi retains its natural fibre, minerals, and antioxidants, making it a wholesome choice for everyday meals. It cooks into firm, aromatic grains that pair beautifully with dals, sambar, rasam, or simple ghee and pickle.
