Our jowar berry pilaf is made with soaked and sprouted jowar berries, slow-cooked till plump and perfectly tender.
The nutty jowar is tossed with carrots, peas, and capsicum, gently spiced to let the natural flavours shine, and finished with hearty chunks of soya for added protein. The result is a meal that’s light, filling, and deeply nourishing.
