Our barley bread is made by mixing plump, cooked barley grains into 100% whole wheat flour.
The cooked barley stays soft inside the bread, giving a gentle bite and natural sweetness, while whole wheat keeps the loaf hearty and filling.
No Chemicals, Preservatives or Maida
Freshly Stone ground 100% organic whole wheat, cooked barley, Jaggery powder, active dry yeast, Organic Cold pressed sesame oil and RO purified water
Store in refrigerator. Best when toasted.W Will last for a week in fridge
