Many of our customers were craving that nostalgic, soft “chain bakery” bun—the kind that’s light, fluffy, and comforting. So we went back to the drawing board and created our own version, the Grains Organic way.
Using the traditional tangzhong method—a slow-cooked flour paste that locks in moisture—we’ve crafted a bun that’s incredibly soft, pillowy, and stays fresh longer, without any additives.
