Traditional Mysore Pak is a festive classic — but it’s also heavily overloaded with ghee, often using equal parts ghee, sugar, and besan. While rich and indulgent, it’s something most of us can only enjoy occasionally.
Our Healthy Nut Mysore Pak is a thoughtful re-imagining of this iconic sweet.
We significantly reduce ghee and replace the excess with slow-ground nut butter (cashew or almond), which provides natural fats, plant protein, and a smoother, more balanced richness. Instead of refined sugar, we use pure jaggery, lending depth of flavour without the sharp sweetness.
Ingredients: Fresh Milled Chhana Dal Besan, Organic Jaggery, Cashew Butter, Cardamom, HInt of Ghee
