The name Sarvappa comes from the idea of “everything together” — a traditional roti/thalipeeth where a variety of ingredients come together to create a wholesome and flavourful dish.
Our Sarvappa is made with 100% jowar flour, naturally gluten-free and rich in fibre. Instead of using water, we knead the dough with freshly grated bottle gourd (lauki), which keeps the roti soft, moist, and adds a subtle natural sweetness.
We enrich the dough with traditional ingredients like sesame seeds, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, soaked chana dal, and cumin, creating layers of flavour and texture in every bite.
