Our Jamun Sesame Boule is made with 100% whole wheat flour, fresh jamun puree, and sesame seeds. The natural colour, delicate fruity notes, and subtle tang of jamun come through beautifully in this rustic loaf, while sesame adds a gentle nuttiness and a lovely bite.
Unlike conventional sweet breads, this loaf gets its character from the natural goodness of jamun and does not contain oil or jaggery. The slow fermentation process allows the flavours to develop naturally, creating a bread that is wholesome, aromatic, and satisfying.
